To-Go Make-Up: Smoky Wedding Look

Hey guys,

Here is a supposed to be bridal make-up which in my opinion is a little bit too harsh. I still liked it very much for its classiness and for me it’s kind of ageless.

Main colors are black and white which is so hard to blend and get nice. I am still a beginner and so it’s far from being perfect and was such a hard work to do. But I like how it looked in the pictures in the end so it was worth all the following headaches.

If you like it let me know, I love reading your comments!

What you need:
  • White base (as Nyx Jumbo Pencil in Milk)
  • White eyeshadow
  • Soft brown eyeshadow
  • Darker brown eyeshadow
  • Dark grey eyeshadow
  • Black eyeshadow
  • Lot of time for blending ;)
  • Mascara and black eyeliner, optional: false lashes (as Red Cherry No.47)
  • Brow powder or even brow gel
  • Foundation, concealer, contour color, powder
  • Natural colored blush and highlighter
  • Natural colored lipliner (as Nyx Lipliner in Mauve)
  • Natural colored lipstick (as Bobbi Brown Lipstick in Carnation)
  • Tiny amount of gloss

I hope you enjoyed this little tutorial and if you like it, please comment. Tell me, whatever you think about it. :)

Take care, bye.

Color Xtreme: Mermaid Blue

Hey guys,

I’m so sorry I didn’t upload anything for a few days now. I am not feeling well at the moment and still I have a lot going on. But here is a new look I did a while ago. Unfortunately the video is a mess: I didn’t film anything but the eye make-up. But I think it’s worth watching still and I look forward to reading your comments. ;)

It is inspired by the sea and something like mermaid make-up. It’s mainly blue and teal because these are great colors to work with on your eyes. When I started doing make-up I liked this combination because it’s so easy to blend and to bring dimension to it by using less different colors and products.

I hope it inspires you.

What you need:
  • Black base (as Nyx Jumbo Eyeliner Pencil in Black Bean)
  • Teal colored eyeshadow
  • Dark blue colored eyeshadow
  • Teal glitter color (as the one of the Sleek Acid palette)
  • Dark blue glitter color (as the one of the Sleek Acid palette)
  • Like teal or blue colored eyeshadow
  • White eyeliner pencil (as Nyx Jumbo Eyeliner Pencil in Milk)
  • White eyeshadow
  • Black eyeliner pencil and gel eyeliner, mascara
  • Eyebrow powder

I finished the face by applying concealer and foundation, contoured the cheeks and applied a plenty of a random blush (not a pink one!). Then I used a nude lipstick and some clear gloss. I am so sorry I didn’t realize it wasn’t filming.

Hope it was fun watching though.

I really hope you enjoyed this messed up video and comment if you did.

Take care, bye.

Color Xtreme: Meadow

Hey guys,

This green and yellow look is beautiful and yet simple. It’s kind of a smoky eye with a bright color. I saw it in a magazine and loved it, so I wanted to recreate it for you guys. I am also going to do another look I saw in this magazine which will be a To-Go-Look.

I love bright green eyeshadow but I know my model doesn’t. But I convinced her that this look is meant to be shared with you. :D It reminds me of spring and sun and a meadow full of flowers. The colors I used HAVE to be greens, yellows and pinks.

I hope I could bring you some spring into your world. Enjoy!

What you need:
  • White or green colored base (as Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk)
  • Bright green eyeshadow
  • Dark green eyeshadow
  • Yellow eyeshadow
  • Black liquid or gel eyeliner (as Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner in 01 Black Ink)
  • Black eyeliner pencil
  • White eyeshadow
  • Mascara
  • Brow powder or pencil
  • (optional “Hanging around kitty”)
  • Concealer, foundation, contour color, powder
  • Pink or red blush
  • Glittery highlighter
  • Pink lipliner, pink lipstick, clear gloss

I really hope you enjoyed this sportive spring inspired tutorial and comment if you did.

Take care, bye.

To-Go Make-Up: Paris Hilton

Hey guys,

This is a party look for you. :D It is inspired by a look Paris Hilton wore, and you can find it here: http://www.cosmoty.de/star-looks/Paris-Hilton-Makeup-bei-der-Golden-Globe-Afterparty-von-NBC-Universal/

I don’t like that kind of make-up too much but it’s something different and I think many girls like things like the dark liner underneath, the heavy lashes and those dramatic doll pink lips. I hope you like it and leave some comments on what you think.

What you need:
  • White glittery eyeshadow
  • Bronze glittery eyeshadow
  • Satin finish highlight color
  • Black eyeliner pencil
  • Lots of mascara
  • Concealer, foundation, contour color
  • Natural or pink colored blush
  • Highlighter onto your cheekbones
  • Pale pink lipstick (as Barry M Lipstick in Palest Lavender)
  • Pale pink lipgloss

I really hope you enjoyed this tutorial and comment if you did.

Take care, bye.

Color Xtreme: Rainbow Eyes

Hey guys,

I uploaded a new look for you. This was really a great one, so much fun doing it. I hope the video is ok, because I had to speed it up and I never did that before.

It’s a quite dramatic look but still wearable, at least without those hyper ridiculous lashes. I hope you love it as much as I do.

What you need:
  • funny rainbow lashes
  • white base (as Nyx Jumbo Pencil in Milk)
  • red, orange, yellow, green, teal, blue, purple and soft pink colored eyeshadow (I used a Zoeva palette, similar to Costal Scents)
  • matt white highlight color
  • black eyeliner
  • dark eyebrow color (pencil or powder)
  • black eyeshadow to define upper lashline
  • concealer, contour color, neutral colored blush
  • nude lipstick, clear gloss
  • optional: red, yellow, green, blue, purple and soft pink pigments (I used mainly Ponyhütchen pigments)
  • if you don't have or want those lashes: mascara and gel eyeliner (as Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner in No. 1 Black Ink)

I really hope you enjoyed this fun tutorial and comment if you did.

Take care, bye.
